3.  I expanded my Spanish vocabulary quickly by frequently LOOKING UP new words in the dictionary when I was reading. (You need the gerund here because it follows the preposition ‘by’)

4.   Jack always LOOKS AFTER Jill’s cats when she goes away.

5.   The weatherman warned drivers to LOOK OUT FOR ice on the roads.

6.   Heather’s such a snob.  She’s always LOOKING DOWN ON other people.

7.   Renée has alw ays LOOKED UP TO her sister for her kindness, creativity and sense of fun.
